About the Project
Kirstin, the founder of Handshake in Heels, is a seasoned talent strategist who partners with companies to meet their hiring needs through recruiting, consulting, and placement services. While she loved aspects of her existing brand, she knew it no longer reflected the caliber of clients she was serving. That is when she turned to Stratifi’s Breakthrough Bundle, a combined branding and website project designed to give businesses a clear, elevated foundation.
Our team created a refreshed brand identity complete with a new logo, typography, and color palette that honored her original feminine flair while bringing a more modern, sophisticated presence to match her expertise. We also designed and built a custom website with thoughtful animations, clear messaging, and a user-friendly experience that showcased her wide range of recruitment solutions.
Once the site launched, Kirstin quickly became an advocate for her new brand, sharing it proudly online and with her network. But her project did not end there. Recognizing the value of ongoing support, she partnered with us month-to-month to continue evolving her brand and website. Together, we have refined her positioning from “professional recruiting” to “talent strategist,” reworked her site messaging and SEO terms, and expanded her platform with new features such as an e-commerce store, CRM integrations, and strategically placed lead magnets to attract potential clients.
