Madeline is Stratifi’s Bookkeeper, bringing clarity and structure to the numbers that keep the business moving. She specializes in maintaining accurate financial records and generating reports that give the team clear insight into the company’s financial health. She oversees payroll and taxes, making sure the Stratifi team is taken care of.
With a natural love for organization and order, she also manages client invoicing and account tracking, serving as a steady and responsive point of contact when questions arise. In addition to her work at Stratifi, she supports seven other local businesses—helping each one build strong financial foundations behind the scenes.
She’s a third culture kid and adoptive mom of two boys. Married to a pastor, she is deeply involved in her community, runs a photography business, and is currently working on a children’s book that’s in the illustration phase. When she’s not balancing books or photographing families, she loves being outside on a warm day, savoring the simple rhythms of family life and meaningful work.
