Abby is Stratifi’s Operations & Project Coordinator, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. She specializes in turning big ideas into organized action plans, from managing client projects to refining internal processes. With a background in creative operations, she thrives on structure, efficiency, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Originally from Williamsburg, VA, Abby has a knack for distilling complex requests into clear, actionable steps—whether it’s triaging client support tickets or streamlining workflows for the team. She’s also currently leading Stratifi’s social media strategy, working to position the company as an industry leader.
Outside of work, Abby is a creative at heart. Whether she’s writing, exploring a new city, or diving into a beautifully told story—through books, podcasts, or film—she’s drawn to anything that sparks curiosity and makes her feel something. She’s also happiest on slow mornings walking the canal trail with her red golden retriever, Finn, and dreaming up her next home project over an iced coffee.

Finn is our golden retriever and resident redhead, known for his fluffy sweetness, obsession with tennis balls, and fear of loud noises like fireworks and helicopters. Sensitive and snuggly, he’ll swim for hours but stays on high alert during storms. His legendary memory includes hiding a tennis ball in Grandma’s potted plant and retrieving it months later like buried treasure. Lily, our boxer, is the unpredictable spark of the pack—full of wiggles, sass, and backyard zoomies. The yard is her Thunderdome, squirrels beware. She’s also a comfort-seeking burrower with a habit of relocating single shoes to the yard—not chewed, just mysteriously moved. Then there’s Penelope, our house hippo, a grumbly yet glorious bulldog mix with boundless energy despite her age and past. She surprises us all by diving into the pool and constantly being underfoot, especially when you least expect it.
